Hi, I’m Tyauna. The owner, designer, planner, and creative heart behind Stars in the Sky Events.
Ever since I can remember, I’ve been drawn to creativity, artistry, and organization. I love transforming ideas into beautiful experiences, whether through thoughtfully styled tablescapes, personalized décor, or seamless event coordination. Combining my strategic and organized mindset with my passion for design, I create celebrations that feel intentional, meaningful, and truly unforgettable. My husband, Jerry, is the backbone of the company running all aspects in the background regarding operations. Running the business together is a blessing.
Why I Created Stars in the Sky Events
I started Stars in the Sky Events because I was left out of my daughter's 2nd birthday pictures. Although I enjoyed organizing and decorating everything behind the scenes, I wanted no other parent to experience that. I wanted to bring artistry, organization, and heart into every family celebration. I believe even the smallest details matter — from a perfectly styled tablescape to a thoughtfully planned flow of events. Every celebration should feel intentional, beautiful, and stress-free, and that’s exactly what I aim to create for my clients.
A Little About Me
I’m a strategist, organizer, and artist at heart. Designing spaces, choosing color palettes, and curating moments brings me joy in a way nothing else does. I love transforming blank spaces into environments that feel elevated, personal, and memorable. Seeing a client’s vision come to life — and watching their guests experience it — is why I do what I do.
